This is a constant struggle for me. I was doing so good and now because of a couple days of slacking off, my body has to go through the whole diet-process again. Which means I’ll be craving foods I don’t need.
Late Night Snacks
I am not proud of myself for the amount of food I ate last night. Hopefully putting it up and having to reread it enough will keep me from making the same mistake
- 3 cups Barilla Penne Pasta
- 1/2 cup Ragu Garden Combination
- 2 servings of vanilla ice cream
- 3 tbsp Smuckers carmel
- 1 ice cream cone
- 2 tbsp peanut butter

The holiday weekend really set me back on my diet - to the point where I am terrified beyond belief to step on the scale and see how much I weigh. So since today I started back on my diet, two weeks from now is when I’ll do my next weigh in.
Breakfast.

Lunch
- Lean Cuisine: Chicken & broccoli alfredo
- 1 cup Green Giant frozen mixed veggies - broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
Snacks
- Grapes (50 split into 17 before lunch & 33 in the afternoon)
- Pop Tart: Fudge (2 pastries - big mistake)
- 30 dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
Dinner
- 1 cup Barilla Penne pasta
- 3/4 cup Ragu Garden Combination
- 2 pieces of italian bread w/ country crock
Water

Workout
- 15 minute jog
- 17 minute walk
